Refund policy

Merchandise in original condition with tags, is eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of order. After 7 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise.

Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment. Stone Age Standard is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that original shipping charges and duties from international orders are non-refundable.

Please email jordan@stoneagestandard.com for a Return Authorization. Always include your order number and full name to facilitate a quick response from our support team. We will not accept returns received without a Return Authorization. This will ensure that we are able to process your return and credit your account as quickly as possible.

Stone Age Standard has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet refund policy requirements.
